Please change your password immediately as you’re posting sensitive details into an open forum. WordPress.com can’t help with a site hosted at Godaddy that uses the WordPress.org software.
You need to register an account at the correct support forum:

Hi there,
This is a public forum. Under no circumstances should you ever post login credentials here, and our staff will never ask you for that info, not even via our private support channels.
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is not a user on theaffinitee.com, so we cannot help you with anything related to that site.
Please log in as the account that owns that site, and update both the account and SFTP passwords as soon as you’re logged into that account.
Once you’ve done that, you can contact live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for further help with that site.

This is not a GoDaddy-hosted site. It’s a WordPress.com site on our Business Plan.

@themagicrobot, they should display WordPress.com nameservers for the domain to display the site correctly. There might be cases, however, when the user didn’t map the domain correctly, mapped the domain but didn’t point it to our servers while they are still working on the site, etc.
Perhaps you could remove the “org” tag I placed in error?
Tag removed :)
