widget ranking

  is there a way to rank widgets so they appear in the order you would like them to appear in the sidebar? for example, to organize link categories, not the links within.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The links widget, by default, will organize alphabetical by assigned links category name, and then the links under each category will also be listed alphabetically as below.

  Link Cat 1
  link 1
  link 2

  Link Cat 2
  link 1
  link 2

  Now, we have more control over the categories widget, and we can actually insert multiple categories widgets and then set which links we want to appear in that widget by selecting the category from the pulldown on the widget (appearance > widget click on right end of categories widget blue title bar to edit the widget settings). By using multiple widgets with each set to display the links in a different category, you can then arrange the categories widgets in the order you want.
