Widget settings blocking my block editor – CANT SEE CODE!

    there are 3 ‘rows’ in the middle of my page editor. They cover up my code and are for different widgets for my site. I dont think what they are matter but for instance one is Yoast SEO and it is expandable to edit the settings. I’m sure its supposed to be on the page somewhere just not over my code. My site previews and published just fine with no evidence of the screw up on the back end.

    I have no idea how to resolve this. When i try to drag the rows somewhere else they just re-arrange as if they’re binded together. So if i try and drag the top row (Yoast) down out of the way of my HTML it will just go to the bottom of the 3 rows and remain in place otherwise. Frustrating.

    Please help! I have a deadline to meet and this is preventing me from accessing a very specific part of my site that i need to change!

    Hi michaeldavis0940,

    I’ve checked seniorliving173155659.wordpress.com but it doesn’t look like you’ve made any recent changes there, which suggests you need help with another site. What is the address of the one you are working on?

    If you are using WordPress.org software with another host, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice.

    The site I’m working on is http://www.theoaksofclearwater.com
    However, the issue is not visible from the front end of the site. It doesn’t cause any problems to my layout or anything.

    It just strictly prevents me from seeing a portion of the html on my design page. I can still edit the code and even select it – I just cant see what i’m doing because the settings row is in the way.

    Hi @mikebuc, this site is not hosted here on our servers. You’ve reached the support forums for the sites hosted here at WordPress.com, as opposed to the forums for self-maintained installations. The two are fairly different:
