Widget showing error

Hi Customer Service, I am having issues with my Widget – Side Bar. I am trying to go into it so that I could delete some of the sections. But every time I go into the Widget Side Bar this message comes up ‘This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.’ And it freezes there. I have tried to search online for help but I don’t understand it. I was wondering if you could possibly help me? Thank you in advance, Viva the owner of vivastarlove.wordpress.com website.

The response I got was this, but it didn’t work because there is a pop-up screen blocking my way, it froze so I can’t access the ellipsis (three dot) at all:

It seems like you’re encountering an error with your sidebar widget. This error message usually occurs when there is unexpected or invalid content in the block. To resolve this issue, you can try converting the block to a Classic Block. Here’s how:

    1. Go to your WordPress.com dashboard and navigate to the Widgets section.
    2. Locate the sidebar widget that is causing the error.
    3. Click on the ellipsis (three dots) button in the top-right corner of the widget block.
    4. From the drop-down menu, select “Convert to Classic Block.”
    5. This will convert the widget block to a Classic Block, which should allow you to edit and delete sections without encountering the error.

If the issue persists or if you need further assistance, please reach out to the WordPress.com support team for more personalized help.
