Widget Social Media Issues

Hi there I am new to wordpress and I’m currently building my website. However, I am having trouble with my social media widgets, when I go to test them it says ‘Page Unavailable’ and it does that for my Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn. I was wondering if someone can assist me.

Are you logged into each of the social media sites when you do the widget set-up?

Hi @lulusinsights, that’s odd. Can you try what @timethief recommended? You might open a browser tab for each site (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) then try connecting via sharing.

Hey thanks for the help everyone! I’m still having trouble unfortunately. I do have 2 posts up. I also was signed into my different social media accounts and copied and pasted the link onto the widget on my wordpress but when I went to test it out, it still said Page was not found. :(
I was able to put the sharing links for different social media accounts on my page and that worked perfectly. However, I wish I was able to put the widgets for my accounts.

@lulusinsights, ah I understand now.
This widget is asking for your username, and you’re using a full URL. I’ve fixed it for your Facebook widget, and if you need help with any others you might add, let us know.
