Widget stuck?

  I have a category widget that is stuck. It has no button on it to click to alter it, remove it, nothing. It is just stuck there. Clearly a java error I would guess on WordPress. As it is just a category widget, not a text widget.

  Anyone have the same issue? Know a fix? I have tried to add items to the category in hopes it would give me the button, but still nothing. I have tinkered for 2 weeks now and just bout to give up.

  I have had a problem with my text widget. No edit option so I can change, delete, etc. All the other widgets have the edit option on the right side of the widget. I use Firefox.
