Widget — Text Widget

I have a quote set up in a sidebar as a text widget. I would like to have this appear only on my home page. Is there a way to do this? Theme is Twenty Ten.
Thanks in advance for any help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Twenty Ten has an optional one-column page template that removes the sidebar. So if you are creating a page structured website then you can edit the pages you have now and choose the One column, no sidebar page template which does not display a sidebar at all. edit pages screen

Thanks for the input. However, I do want the other sidebar widgets to be present on the other pages….just not the text widget.

There’s no way to do that, then. What you could do it put it in as a Sticky post at the top of your post column.

As raincoaster has said. There’s no easy and free way to do that. The themes is not coded to operate as you wish it to. I suggest that you simply change to a theme that has the features you want ie. a sidebar on every page. http://theme.wordpress.com/

Thanks again for your responses. That’s two good suggestions….a sticky post or changing the theme. Appreciate it very much.
