widget titel caps to lowercase
-
hello,
I have the ashe pro theme. I’m running into a problem where I want the widget titles to be lower case but they must be set to uppercase only in the css coding. I don’t know much about coding. I had bluehost support try to help but they said it must be a css code that they could not fix. Whenever I go to try and change the caps to lower case I go to “customize > typography > headings” i attempt to change the headings setting off uppercase but the uppercase button is un-selected. when I created to widgets i made sure i made the titles lowercase, still didn’t make a difference. any advice on what css code to use? i’ve tried a few I’ve found online but nothing is working.

I want the widget titles to be lower case
Hi there,
If you’d like widget titles to be lowercase, please add the CSS below to your site in Appearance > Customize > Additonal CSS:
.widget-title h2, .ashe_author_widget h3 { text-transform: lowercase; }If instead you’d like widget titles to appear exactly as you’ve written them – so the first letter could be capitalized while the rest are lowercase – please use this CSS instead:
.widget-title h2, .ashe_author_widget h3 text-transform: none; }If you need any further help with The Ashe Pro theme on a self-hosted site, please contact the theme developers for support:
