Widget Title Missing

I notice that the widget transformed into block ones. However, when I insert a widget the title of the widget doesn’t show.

That’s correct, there has been some changes to the widget areas to keep everything in line with the block editor.
What widget are you trying to add/edit and where? We can perhaps detail some steps on how to make those changes.

I am trying to add Latest Posts on sidebar. Actually I figured that I simply have to add Paragraph widget to add the title as a text with a very slight difference to the original as I expected.
However, the difference between the old and the new widget system is noticeable when I compare the old Category to the (Paragraph block) + New Category widget. The space between the paragraph block and the new category widget is too far. I have applied both for comparison. Wouldn’t it be better if the widget title is already incorporated?

Glad to see you were able to add this – and you will experience differences in styling here and there.
Because the widget area is now block based, technically, it’s not a widget that’s being added (along with a title).
To add a heading you’d also need to add a heading block or a paragraph block.

Is there a way to set distance between the blocks, since the default distance between the paragraph/heading blocks to the Category widget block is too far for me. Strangely, I have no problem about the distance between the heading block to Latest Posts widget block.

This might be possible with some custom CSS, but the site would need to be on the premium plan or higher to be able to be able to apply that CSS.

I did notice a setting for the heading line-height too, by the way. Click on the heading block, click the three dots, look for settings, and you’ll see it there.
