Widget titles in sidebar

    I’d like to make the widget titles in my sidebar larger and bolder, so they stand out from the body of the text. Is this possible?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello!

    Try this CSS code, you just need to enter it on your CSS editor:

    .wf-active .widget-title {
        font-size: 1.5em;
        line-height: 1.1em;
    }

    You can change the color using color:red and other CSS options for font and text.

    Thanks. I’m very new to technology and earlier today in a wordpress chat I added this: .widget-title {
    font-weight: bold;
    font-size: 13px;
    color: black;

    This made the titles black but didn’t increase their size. Do I now need to delete this and replace it with your suggestion? And to change the colour do I just change the word from black to green? Thanks

    Hi again,

    Please replace it, it seems only .widget-title is not enough to change the titles style.

    Regard colors, yes, on CSS you can use color names such red, green, yellow and special values for more specific colors that are not named, (this page explains this with more details).
