  Is there a way to display authors’ posts outside of WP. For example, can someone display just their blog posts they have written for our blog on their Facebook page?

  There are several ways you can post snippets of posts and URLs to Facebbok.
  Publicize > http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
