Widget to show hits?

  I need to show the number hits on each post. Is there a widget for that? or any other way?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There is no automatic way of doing that. I suppose you could register for a stats counter as if every post were a separate blog and put the code in the post, but that would be extremely unweildy.
