Widget to wide in IE but not firefox

  I wanted to see if anyone can give me ideas as to how to make this aweber form the correct size. I have a aweber form set up as a text widget on the righthand sidebar and it is to wide when opening page with internet explorer. It looks fine with firefox. Please take a look at my page http://www.small-biz-now.com

  I also was told that my flash video was causing some problems when opening with IE. Please let me know if any of you received errors when opening page.
