  I would like to know how to change the place settings of my widgets. I know I drag and set them in certain areas ie primary sidebar but I would like them at the bottom of my page and when I drag and drop the widgets in certain options it doesn’t show up anywhere on the site????

  You cannot compel widgets to be placed anywhere that the theme is not designed to display them.
