  I added the instagram, categories and facebook widgets but I can’t see them on the front page of the blog, I only see them when I click on my other 3 pages. how can I change that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can’t. There is no sidebar on the front page. According to the theme documentation here:
  http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/blissful-blog/

  Blissful Blog offers a sidebar template on single page, archive, and search views.

  That why the sidebar will not ever show up on your homepage.
