  I would like to have my widgets on the top of my home page not on the bottom is that possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately The Spun theme does not have an option to display the widgets at the top of the home page.

  All the three sidebars it provides are part of the footer, as you know.

  So you will have to consider another theme that supports widgets at either top or to either side of your home page.
