  Hi there,
  I see a widget on the right sidebar of all of my posts. Instead of it showing up there I would like to customize it, however when I click on the Customize link, the only widgets that I am able to edit and change are Footers. How can I change/delete this blank one on the right side of my page?

  Hi,

  The reason for that is the list of widgets at Customize > Widgets only includes those widgets that are displayed on the page presently displayed in the previewer. By default that would be the front page.

  This issue is discussed in the recent topics Edin – Missing sidebar widget (1 December) and Sidebar widgets (6 September).

  I absolutely agree, and conveyed some of the problems that might arise due to that design aspect to the staff in the topic Edin – Missing sidebar widget.
