  I’ve seen people having these widget things in bottom corners of their blog linking a page of the blog or another blog/chat i would like to know how to do this can you help me?

  You can add widgets via the Appearance -> Widgets section of your blog’s Dashboard.

  It sounds like you want the Links widget.
