  Is there any widget available for twenty eleven theme using which i can directly use pages on the sidebar without including them anywhere else in the site ??

  Create two custom menus.

  Create a blank custom menu and assign it to the primary menu location. When you do this, the top navigation bar will disappear.

  Create a second custom menu with all of your pages and such in it and then put the custom menu widget into the sidebar and assign this menu to it.

  Thanks for your help.. i got what you said.. but the thing is i dont want to hide the navigation bar.. apart from those pages which are there on the navigation bar i want to add new pages directly to the sidebar without using them anywhere in the navigation bar in form of pages or subpages..
  Is there a way in which i can add pages directly to the menu on the side bar without adding them anywhere else..?? please reply..

  In the custom menu for the top navigation include only the items that you want up there and then do the same for the menu you create for the sidebar. You have full control over what goes into a custom menu.
