  If you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the site any and all widgets can be added or removed here

  http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/widgets.php

  *Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in the URL with the actual name of your blog.
