  I saw that there is a Tawk widget but it is only for public chat. How do you integrate Tawk to the widget. I would like to respond using my Tawk account for my website.

  I suppose currently there is no Tawk Widget here on WordPress.COM.

  However, if you want you can use Tlk.io Widget using which you can add web chat to your site.
