  You can set up a menu for your social media profiles by following the link suggested by @iamrishaan

  If you wish to have social profiles in widget area then you can add Social Icons Widget by following the document linked below:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/social-media-icons-widget/
  This will display only the icons of your social profiles.

  If you want to have your Instagram feed embedded on your blog then set up separate Instagram Widget.

  Similarly, you can add Facebook Page Plugin Widget for displaying Facebook page.
