Hi! The site you listed is in a bit of a limbo, given that it had a Business Plan but does not anymore. I’m guessing that’s contributing to the error.
Were you going to re-add that so your theme and plugins can function properly, or were you hoping to downgrade so you can work on your site as it would be with another plan?

Well…I haven’t had a subscription for about a year and have had no problem until this week. I would like for it to work for free as it has for the past year or so.

Hello there,
This for sure is a strange problem. Technically you would potentially face issues because of the business plan issue that’s afoot here.
Can you tell me which widget and widget area you’re having problems with please?
Many thanks in advance.

Hello there,
Many thanks for that extra information.
Ok so it looks like time site was on the business plan, approximately a year ago, but was not fully downgraded at the time of the cancellation.
This kind of set up can lead to issues of a sporadic nature, like the one we’re seeing here – mainly because our infrastructure updates and evolves over time.
The options to lead to a resolve are available are as follows:
1. Repurchase the business plan
2. We can downgrade the site fully from the previous business plan.In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.
We can retain the site’s content however the theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this process.

Thanks for the update. I’m not quite sure what the issue is here, but since you have the yearly Business plan now, could you reach out to our live chat support here and they can start troubleshooting the issue with you?
