  Can you place a link in a widget?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, I can. In order for us to say whether or not you can, we need the URL of the blog, starting with http. The answer depends on the blog.

  You can use a text widget and place links in it.

  If you want to place an image into a widget to act as a link, you can either use the text widget as explained above, or you can use an image widget which is a whole lot easier.
