Widgets and plug-ins on righthand side of my blog NGLC.biz disappeared

  Hi there, you had a mismatched </div> tag in this post. I removed it and now your widgets are back on the right, from sliding to the bottom of your page. I also enabled the “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” option under Settings > Writing, it looks like you are copy-pasting your content from another tool, and that’s what probably caused the layout issues.
