Widgets and posts

    I made a wordpress site using Dyad theme and when i translated it on my domain it’s missing some things like Gallery i had, in widgets i don’t have an option to make a new gallery widget in footer but i need it. which plugin can i use for that or is there some other way to make it happen? plugins that i tried just make a new page with that gallery and i don’t want that.
    also, i have 2 post on home page, i wan’t them to be visible but not clickable. i don’t want them to open, just to look like a picture as they are.
    have in mind that i’m not very good at these things and i’m a beginner.
