Widgets and Reply Box

How do you put the widgets and reply box only on the blog page? In other words, how do you remove the widgets and reply box from a specific page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
It’s actually a simple feature, but it’s a bit hidden. It’s hard to find, you’re right.
There are two things that I can mention.
1. You can change the individual page template, thus removing the sidebar. To do this edit the page and look in the right column. There you’ll find “Page Attributes” and inside the box “Template”. Just check the available templates there and choose the one you prefer. Please note that the page templates vary according to the theme you choose, so different themes might have different templates.
2. You can disable the comments on individual pages. Always from the edit page, see the “Screen Options” at the top, just under the bar. Open it and make sure the “Discussion” option is checked. That will make a box called “Discussion” appear below the page body content, where you will be able to disable comments.
