Widgets and sidebar

  Hi,

  I want to be able to put a text widget on the sidebar but when i do this it overrides the Calendar which is there on the sidebar already, how do i place the text widget under the calendar?

  You’ll need to add the Text Widget then add the Calendar Widget again from Appearance > Themes, this is because the Calendar widget is appearing there by default as you’ve not yet customised your sidebar. When you customise your sidebar the default widgets disappear.

  @iqshadya, we need a link to your blog and are you talking about adding the categories widget to your sidebar, or are you talking about creating categories and then assigning them to posts?
