Widgets appear at bottom of page instead of in the Sidebar

  Widgets appear in the footer section of my blog. I use the theme – Mystique and when selecting widgets, I’ve added all of them except Internet Defense League to the sidebar in the Dashboard. No matter which theme I select, the widgets appear at the bottom of the page and this seems to be the case across all browsers.
