I wanted to test the Responsive theme (changing from 2011) but when I switched back to 2011 all my widgets had become inactive and I cannot get them back! Help! I cleared all cookies as advised. I do not have an option under the Safari menu to delete cache. What can I do to get my widgets back??? bog is http://www.glittermoonvintagexmas.com

  • Hi there – did you manage to get this sorted out? I see about half a dozen active widgets currently. Just let me know if you still need any help, and which widgets are missing. Thanks!

Hi, I wish I could say that I did but I did not. :(
I have a ton of widgets (that took me hours and hours to set up) that are in the inactive pile. Everything from subscribing by email and Facebook to a bunch of images, testimonials, bio, etc. etc.. Do you think you can help? I would be very grateful.
I have tested other themes before without these problems.
    Thank you!

  • You should be able to drag widgets from the inactive area back to the desired widget area. Is that not working for you? If not, would you please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting http://whatbrowser.org/ and please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser if it isn’t?

There unfortunately is no way to move them all back in bulk.

Thank you so much for your suggestion. I am away from home right now so a little limited as to what I can do but I do know that my browser, safari, is up to date. And, yes, I was unable to drag the widgets . I will try another browser tomorrow and let you know for sure. In the meantime, thanks again for taking the time to address my problem.
