widgets are mutiply initialized during Drag and Drop

    When you Drag and Drop a widget into the sidebar dock, it will experience multiple inits.
    That doesn’t harm simple textareas but prevents JS scripts on the widget admin page from working properly (i.e. tinymce or JPicker). Debugging with Firebug reveals several pending events.

    Workaround is switching the accessability mode to on.

    Tested WordPress version is 3.0.1
