Widgets are not displaying if I reach a post through permalink or shortlink

  Please check out my blog – you will see a number of widgets on the right side.
  However, if I share my “permalink” or “shortlink” with people, they do not see the widgets on the post.
  e.g. Please go to http://thetravelbugbitesagain.wordpress.com/2014/03/21/varanasi-diaries-part-1/ ‎ – You will not see the widgets
  Now go to thetravelbugbitesagain.wordpress.com , there are a number of widgets added which you can see.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
