Widgets Aren't Showing Up on Page

  How come the widgets aren’t appearing on my page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi
  Can you please provide us with some background information?
  Were the widgets working before? Did you change theme or add a new widget?
  Have you tried adding one widget at a time to see if there’s one in particular that breaks things up?

  That’s the way the theme you’re using is designed – widgets show on static pages only, for instance:
  http://pickadateevents.wordpress.com/explore/
  If you need widgets on your front page, you need a different theme.

  Hi, I accidentally deleted a widget instead of dragging it to the inactive section, and now I can’t restore it. I cleared my cashe & history and restarted the computer but the widget still does not show up as available on any of the widget sections.

  answers on this would be much appreciated.

  Hi guys, I feel very embarrassed… I swear I looked and looked, and googled the question, read everyone else’s questions on the subject and other people’s responses, and still I could not see what was staring me in the face. Maybe that’s a sign that I shouldn’t work too late at night!

  There is no widget missing! I found it only *AFTER* I submitted the question. Thank you for responding! Now I know I can submit questions in the future and there will be help! :-)
