Widgets behave differently with Yoko theme

  One more problem I found with this theme is that in case of long lines in preformatted text, there is no slider to slide and see the full line till the end.

  Yep, that fix is already deployed, so you can go ahead and enable the search widget on all pages on your blog. :)
