Widgets By Page Type
-
I have my own installation of WordPress 2.8 and I have four different “Page Templates” that I have created by editing the PHP comment at the top and giving the page a template name.
I am now able to have four different layouts, which is a good thing, and from the Pages admin section I can select which Page Template each one of my pages uses.
What I’d like to do is have additional sidebars as well, so I can specify what sidebar I want on each of these page templates. Is that possible to do without hacking into the code and doing it myself?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that blog is self-hosted and self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported there.
This is the forum for people hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.
If you do not know the difference, see this sticky thread from the top of the forums: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/please-read-me-first-before-posting?replies=1 .
