widgets different on individual entry pages

    Hi, i just started a wordpress blog and am not familiar with the dashboard. So basically I selected a three-column template, changed the widgets for the two right most columns but when i click on my individual entry pages, these widgets revert back to the default widgets in the template.

    Why is that so and how do I correct it?
