widgets disappeared- homepage only

  I changed to the Visual theme this afternoon, added widgets and all was fine on every page. Played around with a few new posts, then the widgets disappeared from the Home page only. Deleted new posts but homepage still without widgets. Please advise. Thanks.

  They did not disappear. The theme is not designed to have them there. Consult the detailed theme description page to confirm.

  You can configure a sidebar on single posts and pages by going to Appearance → Widgets.
