Widgets gone, replaced by text ONLY on Blog Page

    A strange phenomenon ONLY on my Blog page: the widgets are gone (in my right column) and the previous blog posting is now “pasted” there. This isn’t occurring on my Home page, Contact page, etc. Can someone please give me a clue as to what I can/should do? I’ve had this blog running for almost a year, haven’t changed any settings that couldn’t impacted this.

    This is following my posting not being sent out to subscribers earlier in the week. What’s going on?

    Usually this happens because you’ve introduced either:

    a) an image or table that’s too big in the main column, pushing the sidebar to the bottom of the page

    or

    b) unclosed HTML tags.

    The subscriber issue is separate: staff have said it was a bug that is now fixed.

    Ok, this is just really weird. It’s now “magically” fixed. I did nothing, changed nothing. No complaints, I’m happy it’s back to normal, but sure would like to know why this happened for a few hours.
