Widgets Images don't display. Code displays on my page
-
Why do My widgets always display as code on my website instead of the image. Do I need to upload java or something. Only the code shows after I save it, not my button or image.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Howdy,
Do you have an example you can point me to? I’d be happy to check it out for you. Cheers!

Thank you for the response!!
Before I got my buttons up, i tried to install the pinterest widget. I got the link for my button and copied and pasted it. Instead of the button showing up on my site, the text “Follow me on Pinterest” showed up.
Then later I tried to add an image and copied and pasted the code from the image and just the code showed up on my site.I remember a while back something about adding a link to my site to allow java? does that sound right? do i need to enable java or my pages?
Thanks!!! -
We’re on the same page now!
On WordPress.com, we do place limits on what can be added—most code is restricted since insecure or unstable code can cause a lot of havoc either on our systems or with visitors’ systems. For the Pinterest button, that may have been the caused.
If you could paste some of the code here, I’d be happy to take a closer look at it.
Thanks!
