Widgets in customiser

  Hi does anyone know or can help with this? Everytime I go into customiser to tweak the sidebard/widget of my website, the edit function shortcut does not work. I want to edit my sidebar and other areas of content, but it will not let me click.

  Hi @tillyjo!

  Is the problem with the blue edit icons that appear in the Customizer? If so, a few followup questions:

  – Do other edit items work, like the header or site title? Or is this just widgets?
  – Are you able to add edit widgets if you click on Widgets on the left hand menu of the Customizer?
  – What browser and version are you using? (see supportdetails.com if unsure). We’re looking into some things in the Customizer in Internet Explorer at the moment.
  – Does the problem exist in another browser, like Firefox or Chrome?

  Let me know the answers to the above questions and we’ll see what we have to move forward with :)
