widgets loading issue

Hi,
Since yesterday we are facing an issue on the our website. The widgets addet from third party plugins are loading “twice” with different view or the open and close when the page is opened or refreshed. It’s hard to describe it, I’m attaching the video to show the exact issue.

We have Elementor Pro- We have been in contact with their support team but they said the issue is not from elementor.
We work on Kadence theme, the plugins which we have an issue with:
1) Jet Smart Filter from Crocoblock(reloading twice),
2) Toogle widget from Element Pack
3) Tabs- Responsive tabs with woocommerce product tab extension ( both, open and close when refreshing page)
So far we deactivated all the plugins and activated them one by one to check if ther is a plugin conflict.
We have changed the theme to WorldPress default.
We have regenerated the CSS via Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS
We have cleared all cache
None of the above fixed the problem, we are not the it persons. Does anyone have idea how to fix it?

I would like to add, that we have restored the website from time before the issue occured and we have noticed that the issue occured also on the restored version too.
