widgets location

  How do i move widgets from the bottom to the side? I followed the steps you recommend, but in my posts, in the HMTL part of the text, I have not found any “div” and I do not know what is causing this mistake. Can you help me?

  Consult your theme description please and note the theme is not designed to have sidebar:

  Widgets
  Vintage Camera supports three widget areas in the footer that can be customized from Appearance → Widgets. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/vintage-camera/

  The mistake is on the dashboard: when you go to Appearance > Widgets it misleads users by saying First/Second/Third Sidebar instead of First/Second/Third Footer Area.
