widgets moved to another page

    Hi,

    I am using Twenty Ten theme. I have 2 pages on my blog: ‘home’ and an ‘about’ page. On the ‘home’ page, I had 2 widgets: archive and calendar.

    One night, I was trying to add another widget but I clicked on ‘custom menu’, played around with it, which somehow messed up my widget settings. My widgets are now on my ‘about’ page and they wouldn’t move back to the ‘home’ page no matter what Itried to do.

    I’ve tried changing themes, removing widgets and adding them again, tried to do something in the menu but I cannot understand the use of it…. None of these methods helped. I’ve read about re-coding but I don’t even know how to get into the html format of my blog :(

    Please advice what I should do next to have my widgets back on the ‘home’ page.

    Please take note of widget visibility settings.

    Know this is not a theme related issue and it has nothing to do with you coding anything at all. It is a widget visibility setting issue like I said from the get-go above.

    The detailed theme description page can be found by going to the front of the blog and clicking the theme name in the footer.

    Thanks for the tips!

    I’ve tried changing the visibility but it’s still not in the ‘home’ page :/ When I started using this theme, I set the widgets without making any extra settings in the visibility and it stayed in the ‘home’ page. So I don’t understand what’s wrong.

    I only know how to use the customizer as I am do not know how to code at all. When I said I don’t even know how to get into the html page, I meant I really don’t know anything about anything related to modifying a webpage/blog or whatever :P

    Please be patient with me and if you know what could be wrong, please advice.
