Widgets not showing on website

I’m having trouble getting widgets that I’ve added on my dashboard to show up on my actual website. I’m using the Harmonic theme which has the sidebar and front page options. I added the following widgets via dashboard: Follow Button, Follow Blog, and Facebook Like Box. I’m not seeing any of those 3 show up on the website. I’ve gone through and tried to trouble shoot a little bit myself but unfortunately I’m incredibly new to building websites etc. I’m not sure what the visibility “show if:” settings do. I’m sure I’m missing something super simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
