Widgets Not Showing Up In Design Toolbar

  I switched some of my theme around yesterday. Now when I got into my design toolbard to add/remove widgets, it is saying that I am not using any. However, on my site there are widgets being displayed. I cannot to any updating to these widgets even though they are there. Help!
