widgets not updating and widgets area opening very slow

the widgets when updated (from customize >widgets ) in the sidebar are not showing on the main page and the widgets section under appearance>widgets is not saving properly

Thanks for getting in touch. I’ll be glad to take a closer look at things and get this sorted. First, can you tell me if you’re working from the desktop app or a browser?
- Browser:
- which type and version number?
- is there a needed update?
- please disable all extensions and ad blockers for this page
- does the issue persist in a different browser?

Google chrome latest version all chrome extensions switched off tried on latest version of Microsoft edge didn’t work . Can you please clear my cache as it is the free version of blog and I don’t have option to clear cache on my blog

I’ve cleared the page cache for the site.
Are you able to tell me which widget you’re editing and what seems to be happening. I’d like to try and replicate some of the behaviour being seen there.

I am updating heading widget in sidebar and it doesn’t show the updates when seen in the site even from an incognito window

Many thanks – I can actually replicate that behaviour, and so I would suspect there’s further troubleshooting needed for this.

This options page doesn’t open properly and gets stuck and takes lot it time to open and again gets stuck
