Widgets not working

  Widgets are not working via my widget page or by going to customize in the settings.
  The theme I am using is a child theme for Genisis. I have tried deleting plugins and reinstalling but nothing has worked yet.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  If you are having trouble editing widgets through your WordPress.com account please try disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack to see whether that makes a difference.
