Widgets of plugin don’t appear / Template says that plugin is not installed when it is

Hello, thanks for answering me. I am currently doing a school project and I am in trouble cause my template doesn’t work well (Zerif Lite). It says :
‘You need to install the ThemeIsle Companion plugin to be able to add Team members, Testimonials, Our Focus and Clients widgets.’
The problem is that I already have this plugin, and I tried to reinstall it multiple times. It does that since I changed from the original theme to a child theme and it’s been multiple days I’m on that problem. I can’t find the widgets in my widgets list…
Please help me
