widgets on phone showing differently than on desktop

  Hello,
  On my website I have the widgets on the right and they are visibly clear and helpful for readers to see.

  However, on the phone devices, the widgets get pushed to the very bottom. – This includes my widget for adding subscribers. How do I get my widgets on the mobile devices to be placed elsewhere on top?

  Is this a theme issue.
