WIDGETS OVER PICTURE ON HOME

I was wondering if you could tell me if I can move the side widgets column over the image on the home page, and have the name of the company over the image, do I need to download a plugin? If you can send me a response via my email – (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The theme is not a 2 column theme. If you want a free two column theme switch to using one of these themes http://en.wordpress.com/themes/filter/staff-picks+two-columns/type/free/
No widgets can be used in any area other than in sidebars or footer areas provided by the theme. Moving any elements ie. making theme appearance changes, not changes to functionality of any theme can be done by CSS editing. Whether or not what you want to do can be done will be determined by posting into the CSS editing Forum. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform

There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on WordPress.com blogs.
